They updated it I am pretty sure you can not unless they have it visible on there profile.

But if you know there email address there a legit Facebook password stealer, You can login to there account and they will never know and get there phone number.

Maybe you had download a virus which one is called koobface I am not sure about this but can you try to find to delete the adds on your facebook wall and login page?

Go to Account > Account Settings
Then on the left pane, click Notifications
You will see “Notifications are being sent to ”

Under the “All Notifications” section, click Edit beside Facebook.
Toggle the check boxes respective to the notifications you want to be sent to your email address.

The message itself won’t be sent to your email though. Facebook will just notify you when there’s one.
